Rennsport Reunion 7
Weathertech Raceway, Laguna Seca
September 28th to October 1st, 2023

Laguna Seca, California. It's Rennsport time. This is where you meet Porsche People: Alejandro from Panama, Pedro from Guatemala, Brook from the USA, Andrea from Switzerland. VIPs mingle with them: Magnus Walker, NBA Hall of Fame player Dwyane Wade and Patrick Dempsey. Porsche makes a splash with its racing legends: Derek Bell, Jörg Bergmeister, Timo Bernhard, Hurley Haywood, Jacky Ickx, Marc Lieb, Gérard Larrousse, Patrick Long and Brian Redman, among others. Dr Wolfgang Porsche joins the 91,000 Porsche fans with his son Ferdinand Porsche. One family, one community. Porsche People.

Among the Club members, racing legends and enthusiasts from all over the world: the Porsche icons we are talking about here, the jubilarians. Driveable passion, Porsches in every shape and style. On the track, the world premiere Porsche 911 GT3 R rennsport, the hybrid prototype Porsche 963 used by Penske and the purely electric GT4 e-Performance will inspire. Also on display in California are the stars of the anniversary year: the Mission X and the Vision 357 Speedster.

However, the Rennsport Reunion would be nothing without the numerous historic races. There are well over 300 racing cars in numerous classes on the track. Among them are some 550 Spyders, 906, 907 908, a 917/30, the RS Spyders successful in the USA, the Le Mans winner 919 Hybrid. And of course air-cooled classics, transaxles, super sports cars and ... Tractors. Patrick Long duels with Jörg Bergmeister. Even basketball champion Dwyane Wade races through the Corkscrew on a tractor.

The 7th edition of Rennsport is a Porsche family festival, consisting of a unique Porsche triad: spectacular races, an incredible collection of exceptional and rare cars – and the worldwide Porsche community, first and foremost that of the Porsche Club of America. In addition, there is an almost overwhelming number of programme attractions and highlights: the Icons Museum, the legendary Concours in the pit lane, the Porsche e-Sports Challenge and the PCA Corral Parking – here alone you will find more than 1,800 vehicles of the Club members.

And finally the Porscheplatz, home of the PCA, the 356 Registry and the Porsche Owners Club. This is also where the International Community Chalet of the Global Community Management and ROADS was located in a prime position on the start-finish straight. A meeting point for visitors from all over the world and all Porsche communities.

The Rennsport Reunion is the grandest and most impressive proof of the uniqueness of the Porsche Community. The Porsche myth? Porsche People.
